Our Avid Air® air purification system completed the certification process required by the State of California and is now certified to meet the performance standards for indoor air cleaning devices as required by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). CARB regulations are designed to protect public health from ozone emitted by indoor air cleaning devices. Test emissions from the Avid Air® unit measured will below the emissions level of 0.050 ppm set forth by the CARB standard. “I am pleased that our engineering team continues to identify unique solutions that address the needs of the future,” said Walter Ellis, RGF’s Executive Vice President. “We will continue to focus on developing cutting edge technology to surpass emission standards.” Avid Air® was developed to help destroy air and surface-born microbials in restaurant restrooms.
