1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to:

• Authorized Private Label Dealers of Sponsor
• Legal residents of the United States
• Individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotional partners are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 and ends on August 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Golden Tickets must be discovered and claimed no later than September 15, 2026.

3. How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, a limited number of Golden Tickets will be randomly inserted into Private Label product boxes, including:

• REME HALO®
• HALO LED®
• REME HALO®Zero

Eligible participants who discover a Golden Ticket inside an eligible product box will be considered potential winners, subject to verification by Sponsor.

To claim a prize, participants must follow the redemption instructions printed on the Golden Ticket.

No mechanical reproductions or duplicate tickets will be accepted.

4. Prizes

A total of ten (10) prizes will be awarded.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize pack: $500–$700.

Actual value may vary.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

5. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Private Label units distributed during the Sweepstakes Period and the discovery of one of the ten (10) Golden Tickets.

6. Winner Verification

Potential winners must provide:

• A photo of the Golden Ticket
• A photo of the installed qualifying product
• Full name
• Company name
• Shipping address
• Contact information

Failure to provide requested verification materials within the timeframe specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, tampering, duplication, or violation of these Official Rules.

Lost, stolen, damaged, altered, or counterfeit Golden Tickets are void.

7. Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be shipped only to addresses within the United States.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays in shipping, lost shipments, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance.

8. Publicity Release

By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, company name, likeness, photos, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

By submitting photos in connection with prize redemption, participants grant Sponsor permission to use submitted photos and related content for promotional, advertising, social media, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, stolen, misdirected, or damaged Golden Tickets
• Printing or typographical errors
• Technical failures
• Unauthorized intervention
• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who:

• Violates these Official Rules
• Attempts to tamper with the Sweepstakes
• Acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

11. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
