Achieving a beautiful repeatable finish every time starts with proper preparation and processes. RGF, an ISO 9001 company assures you that your Chem Cote powder coated or cerakote finished parts meet the highest standards of looks and durability, each and every time. Parts, depending on material ie: Aluminum, Stainless, Carbon steel etc. are first given a proper surface profile using the appropriate media in one of our four sandblast stations. Parts are then individually hung on racks and moved into our wash room where a mixture of cleaners and zirconium are applied wet at 110°F. This ensures the parts are completely clean and left with an anti-corrosion etch for the best possible adhesion of our coating. Next is a clean, RO water rinse leaving the parts free of residue, mineral or other deposits. After these processes are complete the parts go to the spray booth where the proper powder or coating is applied based on the usage and environment the items will be subjected to. Lastly the parts are moved to our oven where curing times and temperatures are strictly monitored and manufacturers curing schedules are adhered to.
